The Stinger (Hot Pepper Jam)- Raw Local Honey Preserve

Hot and Sweet….. a delicious combination of the heat of Jalapeno and Ghost peppers with touch of sweetness from raw local honey.

This balanced recipe took some perfecting but customer response has been great. Not too hot… not too sweet… just right.
This preserve goes great with a little cream cheese and crackers.
You really need to taste it to appreciate it!
