Apple Honey Butter with Raw Local Honey

A very nice thick mixture of apples and  raw local honey with a dash of healthy spices.

As with every product we make, we pack all the nutrition we can pack in the jar.  This preserve contains about 75 percent apples and 25 percent raw local honey.

When you peel an apple, about 65 percent of  the apple’s nutritional value is removed!

With that in mind, the apples for this recipe are cooked and processed with the peelings.  You won’t see or taste them.  You simply get all the nutritional value the apple has to offer.
