Creamed Raw Honey
Creamed honey is just regular honey that has been stirred once an hour, every hour for two weeks. What is happening is the stirring is breaking down any crystallization into minute particles that make it creamy smooth instead of coarse. So you end up with a creamy product that is less messy, easier to use and never gets hard like regular honey. It has been found to have a better flavor as well. But this is still just regular RAW honey.
